Delivery:
Sending purchases is made to all countries of the world through the national postal operator. After sending the parcel, we inform the buyer of the tracking number by email.
Delivery across Ukraine is carried out through the “Nova poshta” company.
Parcels are dispatched within 2-5 business days after payment is received.
Refunds and exchanges:
According to the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the buyer has the right to exchange goods for a similar one within 14 days if the purchased goods did not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons, and if the presentation, labels and settlement a document issued by the seller along with the goods. The exception is goods that are not subject to return under the Law, such goods include books.
